USR Publisher follows an Open Access publishing model in which accepted and published articles are made freely accessible to readers through the official journal platform.

To support the editorial, peer-review, production, typesetting, online publication, and related publishing services, USR Publisher applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to accepted manuscripts.

Standard Publication Fee

Author Category Fee

Indian Authors INR 3,000 per article

International Authors USD 50 per article

The publication fee is applicable after manuscript acceptance. Payment of an APC does not guarantee acceptance or influence the editorial or peer-review decision.

Fast Track Publication

Authors may request optional Fast Track processing:

• Indian Authors: INR 4,500

• International Authors: USD 65

The Fast Track fee is in addition to the standard publication fee and does not bypass the applicable peer-review process or guarantee acceptance.

Transparency & Open Access

All applicable publication charges are publicly disclosed by USR Publisher. Editorial decisions are based on the academic quality and suitability of the manuscript, independent of payment.

All published articles are freely accessible online under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0), in accordance with the USR Open Access Policy.
